Synopsis
Clara is a Quechua doula who sings to soothe the pain of pregnant women. Her mother, Ana, a seasoned midwife, considers this gift a miracle. Influenced by a friend, and after an argument with her mother, the young woman decides to leave for the big city. Since then, the community has been suffering from the mysterious deaths of animals and crops, and the villagers attribute this to Clara's departure. Her mother decides to find her.
