Synopsis
120 hours of archive footage: that's all that remains of Stroessner's 35-year dictatorship in Paraguay. From this collection of rare images found all over the world, I reconstruct the history of one of the longest-lasting dictatorships of the 20th century, whose effects are still felt today.
